So here's whats up.....i was using a laptop bought from a pawn shop. Upon starting the computer, it would take me to the Desktop screen with all the icons and the start menu. Now when i start it, it goes to the Users screen and the only user account that shows up is the "Administrator" account and it needs a password.
I've tried the Safe mode with F8 and the "Guest & Owner" log in with (Ctrl+Alt+Del) but none are accessable. The laptop didn't come with a OS Disk and the only thing i can think of left would be to re-install the OS or get a new OS Disk.
All help on how to Hack an Admin Account appreciated.

Have you notified the pawn shop?
That sucks the big ones dude, maybe they'll take pity on you and give you a refund, yeah...and maybe I'll become the next pope.
Specifically, what type of O/S is it? And it is home or pro? Also, does it have Service Pack 2 installed?

Windows 2000 Home, I think. And yes service pack 2 is installed. All internet help is for going around the admin password, but what is plan C when all accounts are locked?
